We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return your item(s), in the same condition in which you received them for an immediate and full refund.
We will refund the purchase price plus any sales tax you may have paid.
We do not refund the shipping and insurance fees--either for our shipment to you or for your return shipment to us.
PLEASE NOTE: The items we sell are antiques. We have disclosed any known defects in our description of the items. However, due to the age of the items, we make no warranty as to their durability or to their suitability for everyday use.
We offer unique, hand-made items--often one-of-a-kind. This means we have only one (or one set) of each item.
In order to be fair to all our clients, requested items will be RESERVED on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you contact us by mail, e-mail, fax, or phone, if yours is the first request we receive for a particular item, we will RESERVE it for you. We will also notify you that it is reserved in your name.
A RESERVED notice will usually appear on the Website to let other clients know we are holding it for you. However, because it is possible that an item may be reserved prior to the notice appearing on the Website, we accept no responsibility for damages arising from any omissions of the RESERVED notice.
If we haven't heard from you within 7 days of the date we reserve the item for you, we will assume you do not want the item, and your RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Once we receive your payment, the item is yours and we will
ship it. The item will be labeled SOLD until it has been deleted
from the Website.
